Just Energy Sdn. Bhd. has an annual production capacity of 4.5 million maintenance-free lead-acid batteries. It mainly produces lead-acid batteries and accessories for automobiles and UPS. The factory is located in Sendayan Tech Valley, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. The first phase of the plant consists of a construction area of about 20,000 square meters, which is mainly used for battery internal formation and packaging. The second phase of the plant consists of a construction area of about 21,000 square meters, which is mainly used for battery assembly, plate production, injection molding production, etc.
The company has introduced 8 internationally advanced automated battery assembly production lines, 50 units of charge and discharge machines with self-discharge feedback system, several fully automatic four-station casting and welding machines as well as enveloping machines. The equipment selected has the advantages of low investment cost, high production efficiency, stable product quality, energy saving and environmental friendly. The production equipment and technology have reached the international advanced level.
