Mandatory Clean Production Audit Enterprise Information Disclosure Form
According to the Notice of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment on the Announcement of the List of Qualified Enterprises for Compulsory Clean Production Audit and Acceptance in Zhejiang Province in 2022 and the Plan List of Enterprises for Compulsory Clean Production Audit in Zhejiang Province in 2023 (Zhe Huan Han [2023] No. 129), our company (Zhejiang Jester Electric Appliance Co., Ltd.) has been listed as a mandatory clean production audit enterprise in Zhejiang Province in 2023. After receiving the relevant documents, the company leadership attached great importance and established an audit team led by the chairman. In March 2023, they proactively contacted Zhejiang David Environmental Planning and Design Co., Ltd. to carry out the mandatory clean production audit in Zhejiang Province for the year 2023.

At the same time, the laundry wastewater treated by sedimentation is discharged into the collection tank. Then, the wastewater is pumped into the secondary pH regulating tank through a lift pump, and the pH is gradually increased to 8-9, forming lead hydroxide precipitate. After pH adjustment, the wastewater enters a one-step purifier for treatment. The principle of a one-step purifier is to first add PAC and PAM coagulants to the wastewater, causing the sediment to condense into large particles, and then separate the sludge and water in the inclined tube sedimentation zone. After precipitation, the wastewater undergoes pH adjustment and then undergoes filtration treatment. After being treated by a one-step purifier, the water is discharged into a clean water tank for reuse or piping. Some of the recycled water is treated with a secondary water reuse reverse osmosis membrane treatment device after the one-step purifier. The treated recycled water can be used for processes that require higher water quality. |
