Established in year 2016 in Malaysia, Just Energy Sdn. Bhd. is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the research, development, production and sales of automotive lead-acid batteries and accessories. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Just Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. Its headquarters and R&D base are located in Nubu Industrial Park, Lanxi City, Zhejiang Province, China.

The parent company Zhejiang Just Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Hangzhou Battery Factory) was founded in 1979. The company holds the position of Vice Chairman for Lead-acid Battery Branch of the China Electrical Equipment Association, Executive Director for China Battery Industry Association, and Vice Chairman for Zhejiang Battery Industry Association. The company has a history of more than 40 years in the production of battery product and is renowned as a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of high-performance batteries.
